A decorative-concrete store in Paradise Township will move three miles west to a new, larger building of its own in East Lampeter Township.

Paradise Concrete Solutions, now in leased space at 3246 Lincoln Highway East, will develop a building of 24,500 square feet at 2771 Lincoln Highway East, near North Ronks Road.

The building could be expanded by 11,700 square feet in the future, according to a land development plan recently approved by the township supervisors.

U.S. Commercial Realty supports Coleson Fine Clothiers in finding new home on Lititz Pike!

Coleson Fine Clothiers is leaving its longtime home in downtown Lancaster for a Lititz Pike location that offers onsite parking and room to grow.

The 36-40 N. Queen St. business expects to move to the former Regal Abstract location at 1476 Lititz Pike, next to a Days Inn and opposite a Citizens Bank branch, in the first quarter of 2019.

Coleson co-owner Shane Behmer said the relocation will eliminate a frequent customer complaint about a lack of convenient parking. The new site has 50 spaces, mostly behind the building.

Located at 500 Olde Hickory Road, the 4,085 square foot facility houses personal and business banking services, residential mortgage services and wealth management solutions to residents of the area. It will also house Orrstown’s investment counsel firm and subsidiary, Wheatland Advisors, Inc.

Congratulations to Scott Bradbury for assisting Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories and the Outpouring Church in the purchase and sale of 333 West Main Street in Leola, PA!

A small Leola church has decided to relocate, allowing Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories to purchase the church’s space in order to expand its offices.

Outpouring Church of Lancaster has sold its 19,500-square-foot space at 333 W. Main St. to Eurofins for $1.3 million, courthouse records show.

Part of the former Meadowbrook Farmers Market building and once the home of the Conestoga Valley Community Center, the space was acquired by the young church in 2012.

Consulting firm CoLab Inc. has moved into a new office in Manheim Township, Lancaster County.

Established in 2014, the certified B corporation provides sustainability planning, strategic planning, development coaching and similar consulting services.

It had been based in The Candy Factory, a coworking space in downtown Lancaster. But the company has grown to a staff of five and needed more space to keep growing, said coLab CEO Kate Gallagher.

The county waste authority plans to open a satellite trash transfer station in northern Lancaster County that would reduce truck traffic on local highways and Harrisburg Pike.

The Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority board Friday morning approved the $1.06 million purchase of a 13-acre industrial tract in East Cocalico Township next to the Denver toll booths for the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The tract, zoned light industrial, is being bought from Kasun Development Corp., of East Petersburg.

P.F. Chang’s opens today at Shoppes at Belmont!

P.F. Chang’s is opening Monday at the Shoppes at Belmont, the new Fruitville Pike shopping center where Zoes Kitchen opened this week.

— P.F. Chang’s, an Asian chain restaurant that features what it calls a “Farm to Wok” menu, will open Monday.

The restaurant features scratch cooking with a menu that includes lettuce wraps, dumplings, and Mongolian beef as well as sushi and dim sum. The restaurant also will offer wine, beer and cocktails.

Rockvale Outlets sold in value-add opportunity…we can help you find one too!

The owner of the Manor Shopping Center has won a recent auction of the struggling Rockvale Outlets with an offer of about $30 million, real estate industry sources said Tuesday.

A spokesman for turnaround specialist Wharton Realty Group confirmed that his company will purchase the ailing complex and pledged to continue operating it as a shopping center.

“We’re going to spend (about $10 million) upgrading the property” with new facades on the buildings, new parking lots and new signage, said the spokesman, who asked that his name not be published.
