Orrstown Bank is continuing its expansion into Lancaster County with the recent opening of its newest full-service financial services center in Manheim Township.
Located at 500 Olde Hickory Road, the 4,085 square foot facility houses personal and business banking services, residential mortgage services and wealth management solutions to residents of the area. It will also house Orrstown’s investment counsel firm and subsidiary, Wheatland Advisors, Inc.
This is Orrstown Bank’s fourth Lancaster County banking facility and will complement its other branch locations on Lausch Lane and Spring Valley Road in Lancaster, and on West Main Street in New Holland.
The bank has three additional Lancaster County offices currently under construction, including an in-store facility at the Shady Maple Farm Market in East Earl Tonwship, a free-standing facility in Lititz and a location at the new Crossings at Conestoga Creek along the Harrisburg Pike.
Under the local leadership of executive vice president and market president, David Hornberger, the bank manages its Lancaster County operations from its Lancaster Regional Office headquarters on the Fruitville Pike.
“We have assembled a team of incredibly talented professionals who understand Lancaster County and are committed to delivering quality products and services to our customers with the professionalism and care that they deserve,” Hornberger said in a statement.
Based in Shippensburg, Orrstown Financial has assets of roughly $1.5 billion and offices in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster and Perry counties, as well as in Maryland.
According to its most recent earnings report, Orrstown had a net income of $4 million in the second quarter, up from $3.3 million in the second quarter of last year.
Orrstown’s subsidiaries include Orrstown Bank and Wheatland Advisors Inc., which it bought in 2016.
