U. S. Commercial Realty Office Closed Until Further Notice Due To COVID-19

After receiving Governor Wolf’s order regarding COVID-19 last week, we decided to close our office. As it stands, our entire office – six agents, our Office Manager/Corporate Secretary, and our Marketing Coordinator – are now working remotely.

We are aware of the strain this situation has put on businesses of all types, and want to assure you that we will use all of the resources at our disposal to continue communicating effectively. Our main forms of contact will be telephone and email. Below you will see a list of phone numbers and emails for all personnel in the office. We have been closely monitoring updates from the Lancaster County Association of Realtors and Pennsylvania Association of Realtors to ensure that all of our operations are done following local and state guidelines. Additionally, our agents are committed to using new resources provided by the state to keep any potential deals on track and/or adjust them to fit our clients’ needs. Again, the best way to navigate through this time will be through direct and open communication with the agent that you are working with.
