Scott D. Bradbury, Commercial and Industrial agent for U. S. Commercial Realty, earned his BSBA in Finance from Shippensburg University in 1984.
During his 19 years in real estate, his primary focus has been in Commercial and Industrial sales, leasing and management. He has handled multiple sales and leases of office buildings, warehouses and strip centers in Lancaster and Berks Counties.
He has represented The Winston Corporation since 1995 overseeing their facilities in Wyomissing that include four office buildings and a retail strip center. He started with David Charles and Associates in 1989, was an owner of Sands Bradbury and Company until 2001, and was recently a partner in Prudential Commonwealth Real Estate - Lancaster, before joining U. S. Commercial Realty. Scott is also a partner in Marathon Business Group of Wyomissing, where he handles the real estate aspects of merger and acquisition transactions.
Scott is currently a member of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and National Association of Realtors along with serving on the LCAR Commercial & Industrial Board of Directors. He also served on the LCAR Board of Directors in 1993-1994. Professionally, he has earned a GRI designation.
Scott is also a member of the Bring Baseball Back Committee that was responsible for bringing the Lancaster Barnstormers to Lancaster. He also coaches football and lacrosse for Manheim Township.
