Michael D. Wagner, CCIM, Commercial/Residential Realtor, U.S. Commercial Realty, earned his B.S. Degree in Business Administration: Marketing, from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, in 1995. He received the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in November, 2003.
During his 11 years as a Realtor, Wagner has personally completed or coordinated more than $50 million in residential, commercial and investment real estate sales. Wagner has negotiated sales and leases for single-family homes, farms, apartment complexes, free standing retail property, office buildings and unimproved commercial and residential land for development.
Wagner was employed through Lancaster based Coldwell Banker HomeSale Services Group until July, 2000, where he received various Coldwell Banker Awards including the Silver Sales Award in 1998 and 1999. The Silver Sales Award annually goes to the top 10% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide (totaling over 300,000 agents). Since July, 2000, Mr. Wagner has been an independent contractor with U.S. Commercial Realty providing sales, marketing and management services for investment real estate to clients on a commission basis.
Wagner is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania and holds memberships in the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Certified Investment Real Estate Industry (CIREI), as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), additionally he is Past-President of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Council of Lancaster County.
